M. Suzanne Van Wert, Attorney-Mediator

 M. Suzanne Van Wert is the managing partner of Van Wert Law Group. Ms. Van Wert graduated from the University of Tennessee magna cum laude, and is a graduate of the Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law. Prior to opening her own practice, Ms. Van Wert practiced business and information technology law at Deters, Benzinger & LaVelle in Cincinnati, Ohio, in the Computer and Information Technology department.  Ms. Van Wert is licensed to practice in all courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the Federal Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Kentucky Bar Association, and the Fayette County Bar Association. Her practice is primarily in the areas of Business law, Information Technology law, Equine law, and Intellectual Property law.  Ms. Van Wert is a trained, experienced mediator knowledgeable in the areas of business disputes, computer services issues, information technology and intellectual property disputes.
